Well the banner is kinda outta place there can you move it to the top or ask someone to make something that fits better?
Font is fairly Small, maybe make it 1+ bigger.
The Top is where your banner should be.
The url is misleading, when going to the site you think its going to be some teen porn site. the cms needs some work, maybe add a poll or something..
and put latest posts to the left not the top.

well your domain name suggests that its a porn site might want to keep that in mind, your logo is blurry and shitty, the site is out of place, overall get a new skin.
