Well, yet a question if you see, is it the points you generated on your personal account or from the phished once ? as you can get back an account and the points if you get a new account from a phished account. Also as rapidshare introduced the secure and unsecure thing, if you generate the account from the 10k point rs account, it is sure that it will go back to the rightfull owner. So basically what would be the guarantee that if the password is changed or is taken back by the owner, what will you do about it?
