Remove the bat wing and red "D" from that image..

and move "DYAN.ORG" to the bottom and change the font to Arial or Verdana..
after that, look the different..

I think you got that background logo from other images and add "D", bat wing and DYAN.ORG

when I look at the logo, is it eye?
