Fevicon : you can make it better . Make it more personalized,like WT in fevicon
And your fevicon is same as cyberwarez.info . maybe u dont know that.Change fevicon.
Logo : nice and Simeple .
Site Theme : Good , though you can change your background something like wj,it will look more good

Nice domain, to bad it's a .info tho or it would be worth alot I guess.
First think you should do is to hide the shoutbox for guests. Make sure it's only visible to registered members.
Your logo is simple and perfect, the way I like it..
I like the forum descriptions, they look professional, there's not many forums lately that has professional forum descriptions, most of the new sites has poor english and many typos in their forum descriptions so well done m8.
Top 5 stats and the other stats doesn't load down there, seems like there's some bug going on.. You might want to look into that..
Only think I don't really like about your forum is that you copied&pasted the user groups from wjunction. You should try to use another word for the coder group, respected group and the file host group in my opinion..
