Looks good but welcome guest etc.. and the pics are too distracting, put a bar on the top left like warez-bb or smth, if i were a guest I'd press X immediately.

If possible move ddl buttons to the footer.

Logo is OK but could be better.

1. Topic Icon look bad with skin colour.
2. Don't like the logo.
3. Too many empty space on the footer.
4. Move other ddl button on the header to footer exp katz button or you will be banned.
