Well its better than your previous vBulletin skin.
Work more on the font size. Decrease it, to be specific.

Okay here is my review. Over all it looks good but things you need to fix are
- Icons, man they are tooooo big in the side bar and also in the title.
- Normally titles are abit longer than the space u allotted for them, bring those post details below or do something to it :P
- Increase the size of the logo and also make it a 480x60 ad that would fill in the header and would make it look good I guess.
- Text beside the buttons isn't aligned properly from the screeny I see. Just get it down abit.
- Second portion of the post thing the green one isn't required in fact and use it for post details (author,date..) and all
Those are the things I felt required a change. But the colors are good for me
