It's alright, but I presume it's just a basic theme from OpenCart? It's never a good idea to keyword stuff on a site, especially in bright red. Not totally sure why you have technology company logos on a clothing site. Also putting adverts on an ecommerce site is the biggest put off from my experience. The site is also extremely slow to load in comparison to other sites, where is your server located?
