I start from the top. Your website is missing a favicon. A favicon is not important, but good to have. The logo / banner is hugely inferior quality. It should be removed immediately and a new professional should be placed instead. Guest message is boring, it is standard. Be inventive. Create a new introduction that guests can find attractive and maybe they'll sign up. Announcement is not written Announsmetn as you have written it. I think of the first forum category where you have mistyped. Forum explanations should be better, nor are they unique. They are also very standard. It does not matter if they are long, only they are good. Disappointing that there is only one section dedicated to community.
