the theme although clean is the default one mate, try to get a unique theme and then optimize it
also your title description is insanely long try to shorten it

Please learn how to use SLIDE tags instead of IMG tags on larger images.

Open it for visitors, until you get good traffic then you can limit it for registered members.
Make chat available for member view only.
Try to find another style, this one is too classic.
