Please help me with html to wordpress template conversion

Hi,

I want to convert my html/css template to a wordpress template.
The reason is that I do not have any plugins etc to use in a html site
So for this reason i want to convert it into wordpress template.
Please help regarding it.

You gotta be a bit more specific, man.

Just grab Eleven and edit the files (style.css, header, footer, sidebar, loop_files and index)

You really only have 2 choices:

1. Hire someone to do it for you.
or if you cannot afford it.. .
2. Research and learn how to do it on your own.

No one going to do it for you for free unless they know you in person.

You need to split the pages into 4 parts:

header - similar part on all pages (upper body)
content - dynamic content
sidebar - beside the content
footer - similar part on all pages (lower body)
