Planning to start a new xxx blog - Need some Advice

Good day on WJ community, I am planning to make a new blog. I'm not an expert, and will be glad for some tips and suggestions on this.

First of all, what I plan to make is:
• An Adult Blog which only serves 18+ Anime Videos (Hentai)
• User-Friendly and Simple Template (easy to browse/access)
• Downloads via MediaFire links (still considering about streaming)
• Downloads are full episode, self-encoded videos in mini HD format.
• Only non-English Licensed Hentai Videos

Next, I am seeking for advice on some issues:
• Free Blog Hosting to choose (Wordpress, Blogger, Tumblr, etc.)
• CPM Ad Networks if possible, I prefer Banners than Intrusive Ads
• File Host that allows Adult Content to be uploaded
• Choosing between LinkBucks and similar affiliates to mask MediaFire links
• Which communities/forums to target

And also, if anyone have more tips about issues which aren't stated above, feel free to give an input. It will be much appreciated. Thank you.

I have blog with 10 Million posts and cpu load does not peak because i have been able to make a nice architecture using nginx, please read it at http://www.wjunction.com/94-other/133500-ginx-powered-server-1000x-fast-than-apache.html#post1440493 and if you are interested on sharing my dedicated then we can discuss....

I would say wordpress is best because it is easy .....and posts can be ripped from other blogs with easy scripts, we rip posts from other blogs @ 200 posts per second...
