2-3 people out of 700 members complain, that's the problem.
We do not see the problem generally, only in isolated cases.

You are persistently talking about some freezing of statistics that does not exist.
Work to bring in more traffic, that's the essence of your problem.

We showed the statistics to make people realize that in your case there is not even a sample for traffic analysis.
