I'm currently interested in a script that should be able to publish posts to phpbb and vbulletin forums, they don't need to be in the same script, also as said in the title script must be called under the cli (Command line interface) so no web frontends or guis.
(If the posting method would vary from different forums or Bb versions, I'll provide the coder with a list of forums I'd like the script to be able to post to)
The script should read the content of two text files for title and post content, for e.g. :
(./script title.txt content.txt "parameter to let the script know to which sub forum post")
Script should be able to run under linux, besides that every scripting language is allowed although php-cli is preferred.
Budget is around 20$ for each script although price is negotiable.
