PHP Coder Needed - For Helping To Build Video Grabber Addon

Hi,

We need a good php/javascript coder who can help us building an video grabber addon.

-The addon must grab videos from sites and then auto post them to our site with the title, keyword, tags & description.
-Also grab videos from torrents sites, convert them into mp4 if needed and then post them auto to the site.

It's for an adult website.
