Photonservers Suspended?

Today my account in Photonservers.com got Suspended.
Guys in Photonservers.com they reply to submitted ticket after 4 to 5 hours time.
I just want to know do you face the same problem with photonservers is your site Suspended as will?

^^ Hmm Indian Heartz may be their apache has some issue or something, as if an account is suspended that means the whole cpanel should also be suspended..

May be it should be back once they reboot their apache or something like that.

I also have the sql server message cannot load site.

Raised ticket and waiting for support.

Hi,
We have upgraded the server so you now need to make sure that your sites are updated to use the following nameservers with these updated IP addresses
ns1.photonservers.com 173.233.72.19
ns2.photonservers.com 173.233.72.20
Additionally we have been informed by the Datacentre that we can no longer host web sites with content or links for warez, hacks, and cracks and similar content.
We have however found an alternative Datacentre to host this type of content which have more liberal rules. Should you find your web site is now suspended please raise a support ticket if you want your site migrated to the new server. If your site is not currently suspended but does contain this type of content or links then please let us know so that migration can be arranged.

Recently I Got Reply From Photonservers


Hi,

The datacentre are no longer allowing the hosting of web sites with content or links to warez, hacking, and cracks. Your site will need to be moved to another server. Depending upon the size and content we may be able to move the site.

Please update this ticket if we should move your site to another server.

I am still getting The MySQL® server is currently offline.

waiting for reply to ticket.

It seems to me that since the service has been sold to this new guy ther service has gone downhill and getting lots of problems and downtime.

What do you think?
 
I hate to somewhat interrupt this thread, but frankly after reading this topic I am .. disgusted that PhotonServers would cause so much downtime and such.
 
SQL error for my site also..!

Nowadays Photonservers coz hell lot of downtimes..in every 2-3 days. nd dat also downtimes of 7-8 hrs
 
Don't go advertising in the thread guys.

The datacenter that Photonservers is with isn't allowed warez any more so they are moving clients. The exact same thing happened ACE and his site CrypticVPS and DLow and they had to move.

The world is getting more strict on Warez. If you decide to move right now you could move to a new host who get's told they don't accept warez and be forced to move in a week again.

Their has being a massive crackdown on warez and sites over the last few days. Look at all the domains that have being seized too. If you stick with a host who is moving or has moved your unlikely to be forced to move again.

I do think the way it's going most companies will have made at least one move by christmas.

Hope they are able to get this all resolved. I`d stick it out if I was you guys. It is always easier to stay with a current host then move. Plus they will most likely be willing to help if you open a ticket. Let us know how it goes! :)
