Payza for file host and more. Serious about doing business

I saw that Payza/alertpay is accepting File Host, Adult, Earning Programs (hyips? or just mlm/ptc?) now. Looks like Payza is serious about doing business, happy I can use it again in US.

Is there any special requirements for an account to be able to payout uploaders if you are a filehosting owner BUT DOES NOT want to accept payza or credit cards ONLY for paying affiliates?

Earlier Alertpay (now Payza) used to support earning programs, and they have resumed it again, I guess Payza will be good too.

I guess we can verify the website to Payza Sales team before using these earning programs. Since many of the HYIPs are scammers it is better to be on safer side.

I use PayPal, Payza and Neteller services. But have never used earning programs or HYIPs. Anyone using? please share your experience.
