Paypal with porn question

Hello, recently my paypal account got limited that i was receiving payment and sending payment with adult related file hosting.

So i read their AUP that they require Pre-approval for file hosting website to "Accept payments".

I have question here, what if i make a new paypal account and just send payment but no receiving payment at all? I would be sending payment with my credit card by paypal directly with zero balance on paypal account.

Will i face any issue with that?

Please tell me this information.

They will limit your new paypal account also if you use the same bank account or verification details. You must use a new bank account or a credit card that has never been used in paypal before. Check stealth paypal accounts' guide for more info.

Just call them. Their phone support is quite competent and gets more done than email support.
Your business is business, even if adult. Clear your name and then get approval to open a new account.

Is just speculating here but why don't you buy a pre approved credit card ( there are many places that sell those ) open with that card a new PayPal account, get it verified and use that account for what ever you need ( if I'm not mistaken after 30 days you will not have a hold period on money sent to you ) if account gets closed, do it again.
