I want to know if PayPal withdraws money only in Bank Account?

It does not support cards??

NO, you can use cards (VISA Debit, Credit Card....)
But you should check Paypal services at your country

I have a Visa Debit which i have in Paypal to make payments for my sites,premiums etc..

But there is a possibility that they might not offer transfer in Visa cause of my country?

They will only refund to a credit/dedit card is you made a purchase from it.

HHmm same case with me should i use alertpay but when i when through the alertpay add an account page it says that my country only supports withdrawl so it means moeny cannot be transfered into my account or it can be transfered ?
