Ah Well.

The thing is PP payments to local banks are blocked by RBI. I requested a bank withdrawal on 12th Feb, it showed completed on 13th Feb but it has still not reached my bank account. On contacting paypal, they said that they are showing completed and it means that all the things have been done by their side. And now if the payment is blocked by the banks, they cant do anything in it and if it doesnt reach to the bank accounts soon, they will look for the options to refund the amounts to the paypal account.

Exact quote from the mail -
Thank you for the excellent questions about recent withdrawals showing as "Completed". We will change the status of a bank transfer to "Completed" when we have finished sending the funds. This means that PayPal has done it's part and sent the money to your bank. We do not control if the funds are stopped or blocked while in transit to your bank.

I know that this situation is extremely frustrating. We were hoping that this issue could be resolved soon so that those funds can be cleared into your bank. If we cannot resolve the situation soon, we will be exploring other options that may include having the funds reversed back into your PayPal account.

Ah we know how much RBI also sucks...
They just can't see kids to be earning and eating their bank funds thats just the reason...

See from last year there has been 16 % ^ for increase in economic structure...
So they started investigating about this matter and alas they landed over paypal...
For which they questioned PP, and PP thought that why should they give explanations as they are a private firm. And to which RBI blocked the withdrawals.
