Paypal payment held

Hello, last month i bought rdp, im not getting acc details until today because they say my payment is held by paypal.How to resolve it because i dont have any problem or dispute on my paypal account.This is my problem or that rdp hosting problem?

Call paypal directly

Paypal used to held funds because they found it as 'fraud'.

Call them directly, send email or just wait.

Call them and tell to release. Dont send mail coz it wont be answered.

A call is always faster (usually instant, because they unblock accounts/payments while putting you on hold).
