PayPal limited after receiving fileserve payment!

Hello.
Sorry for my bad english.
I just payed with paypal for a premium acount for filserve, and when i want to download files i can't. I have a "error 612" on browser or with jdownloader i have "unknown landing error, pleas contact our support" error message.
i changed my password and the problem it's not resolved.
It's the firs time i take a premium acount from filserve.
I sended message to filserve and to RickyFS and i don't have response.
I opended a same trread on other section i don't know if it's good section.
My filserve username is: fatihalim73

First, be sure your links are not broken
Second, did you turn "direct download" on? If it is your first time, you probably dont know what direct download is.

I sended PM message to RickyFS on the morning but he don't responding.
I disabled and reabled "direct download" it's same probleme.

Are you trying to download same links over and over? Or did you try with different files?

Take some Screenshots and show us. It is a bizzard problem.

It might happen that the fileserve servers are too busy right now. if you can access your premium, you can download as well obviously.

file a dispute while you can, you will got your money back

Wait for Ricky's response then. Nothing else much to do. I am sure he will solve your problem as he's a reasonable bloke. If not, file a dispute or something.

That error is like a ban,they make that for dont let people with RPD's or Leechs download too much GB's per day
