Paypal appeal denied?

Ok, this is how the drama begin :))

On 28 aug i send $8 to vcccheap.com for buying VCC, after that im receive email from paypal say my account limited :O

What's the problem?

It's been a while since you last used your account. So, we just want to
make sure that you authorised some recent transactions .

Paypal ask me proof of address via utility bill, i upload for them my cc statement.On the next 3hour, paypal reply me and say appeal denied and my account cannot be use anymore :o

I call and ask them what i do oOo, they always say my account is in high potensial risk activity page.WTF is this X-(

You got ur reward for being too smart to them..fck urself now...Because once they find your name and ip range...subsequent accounts will get the sam treatment
 
Charge back purchases minutes after the item is sent :p if you're imported, you'll win and your account will magically receive no negative views lol Bam account back to normal standing. It works. Done to me many times

No, but they probably flagged you for the vcc thing.

No no, this is not about dispute like u "teach me" :P
 
VCC = illegal way to verify paypal.

Using VCC to verify pp means that you ask them for their attention to your account, thus your account will get limited as soon as possible for using fake CC or whatever, trust me I tried all the methods before.

and to answer your main question; actually paypal isn't stupid, but you're.:facepalm:
(do not take it so seriously, no offense meant)
 
*Actually they did the same thing to me but In my case I didnt use a vcc.

I called them and they said the following:

Me: Hi, my account is closed etc etc..
Operator: Yes, it looks like we closed your account because we are unable to satisfy your needs.
Me: I never once asked you guys for sex.

lol :(.
