PayPal Is Down?

I'm not sure if I'm just only the who is currently experiencing this issue, however it seems that PayPal.com is currently down. Whenever I go to their website it shows the following error:

Error 705: Failure to connect to web server

I've also used various proxies, and still giving the same error.

Currently, 12:55 AM here Eastern Time.

You can't bring down paypal?
It's like hardcore corporate servers which probably requires a HUGE attack.

but at morning it was very very very very. I said, very very very very very very slow..

paypal.com is actually not completey down. http is down but https is UP.

Paypal is working fine now but sending payment is slow
