I made an account on payoneer and applied for a card for two times and it didn't even deliver at my house but the status mentioned I've received the card. Now I'm applying for a card again but they mentioned I have to deposit $30 in my account to order for a card.
I'm not sure after deposit $30 can I receive Payoneer card, I've already $6 in my account and I can't use it without activation.
Any suggestion or experienced?
