Payment on Hold by Filesonic.com ???

10 days before, I got an E-mail from Filesonic.com as below:

Then, I did what they asked me to do to prov exact links and where I posted.
But after that, filesonic never answer me anymore and payments still being hold till the payout day of this week.:'(
I also send them my question via ticket, no answers.:(

Anyone got the same issue and how about the result?

They paid me before, only since last week, they suddenly send me the E-mail above without explains or reasons.

They most likely don't answer because they don't want the discussion.

Consider your account as closed and move on.

From their FAQ:

Do not upload any copyrighted files that you don't own the rights to or don't have permission from the owner to distribute even if you have no intent of actually distributing them.

And they always do like this? I got 150$ from them before, don't know what's going on 10 days ago, suddenly got the E-mail and then no answers anymore.
 
What you are doing is wrong . It does not matter if you know THAT fact or not.Ignorance of law is no excuse.

Long story short: They have every right to deny you your payment

They all got be banned by filesonic?

  1. I`m not kidding.Read here again : Ignorance of law is NOT an excuse
  2. I dont have to let you know anything.Its upto people to post fsc warez links or not.Read the rules on their site.
  3. Why should i be worried if someone got banned or not?

Actually, they are preventing themselves for the grave.

Rapidshare did away with the rewards, Hotfile deleted 100,000's of accounts due to illegal uploading.

Oh! I will be very proud of that I caught filesonic's attention but rlslog.net, irfree.com and other big sites didn't !!!!

They don't catch Mafia but a guy walked through a red light! Make sense eh?

Filesonic will never Stop the Payment for Copyright Reasons.

I am guessing you are on PPS
They probably think you Did some fraud
(Like Opted for PPS 10$ and bought the 9$ accounts. Or maybe something like that)

That is impossible man, I never changed from ppd to pps, I always post on forums and I got payment 150$ more or less before, just last week they suddenly hold my payment and send me the E-mail as what I showed you.

And for sure I didn't what they asked for, now I am confused about this as they don't answer me at all.
