Looking for someone that can make a signature + avatar with some cool effects using the Comedian's smile from Watchmen. I want something really cool and original.

Lol no shit, i won't even open photoshop for $2.

Out of any graphics made on this forum, signatures should be the most expensive. My signatures sometimes take hours to make, and I know ever designer agrees.
