as i said.. its a social networking site.. use your mind that how can be a poster of any social networking site. !! thats for i am paying you !!
 
hamza your not dishing out enough details to the designer(s). Your not paying them enough to completely invent a marketing/advertising poster. What do you think this is slavery ? As for

, Seems to me you'll be only paying for one and not the others, good way to have an few extra free ones huh. Ask the artist to show you a few examples of there work then choose one. To the artist up your asking price and make sure you watermark your work. -_-

My concept is this that the good designer is the one who have creativity about his work. he must have command on his subject !!

and yes i am paying much low. cause i dont have much budget !
 
are you looking for a favicon because an image with 10x12 is too small to make your logo unless it is a favicon(animaated or fixed)
So can you please give more detail of the size of the image you want! That is 10 x 12 inch , pixel or cm...
