Type of graphic:* Logo
Description: i need a tshirt logo
Preferred dimensions:* width(in pixels) X height(in pixels) , approximately same size as this: http://d8u1nmttd4enu.cloudfront.net/designs/motorcycle-dealership-looking-purchase-multiple-designs-t-shirt-design-99designs_14399177_largecrop
Preferred colors: green and black
Format* any format that u think suits for tshirt logo
Example: i need a gorilla with dreadlocks preferable like cartoon that is smoking a big fat joint.
Timeframe: * if possible to be done today means 1day
Payment:* 17$ via payza. Would pay more but its my only budget for now.

as the above 2 guys said, no one in their right mind is going to create a vector illustration for 5-10 dollars, try adding a couple zeros to that amount
 
even that is quite low for a completely custom drawn illustration, something like this if you research it a good starting number might be around the $100 mark for a completly custom illustration like you are requesting

Your avatar image could do it , i like it also he has the dreadlocks , could you make him smoke weed :P lol
 
Mate, it doesnt seems as easy as it sounds.
It is not a child's play to create Vector Illustrations.
And in no place, people can offer Vectors for 5-10$ .
I think, if you increase the prices upto 50$, you can get a decent design.
