Must have a logo on left + some graphics on rest of right space.
SInce it has menu and search tab..i suppose you will have to install it on site (wordpress,css if i'm not wrong)

So i'm paying for design + installation

try is fair ,but i was looking for something more sophisticated..notice that also on right side of the banner there will go the main menu',so images shouldn't cover the menu itself
