The website is only around a week old and is currently getting an average of 130UV's/460PV's per day (30% organic).
You could check out the website at TrackDeck.net, I believe the website talks for itself. It's well developed with a nice customized Wordpress theme.
TrackDeck has 0 outbound links and already around 800 inbound links, though it currently doesn't have any PR, I'm predicting a PR2 on the next update, and also a high increase in organic traffic.
The site is currently ad-free, due to the fact that my plan was to just invest before expecting any income, and I've bought a few adspots on other websites, I've spent a alot of my own time customizing the site.
