It is hit and miss with OVH, sometimes they do something about it, other times they don't.

About OVH servers,

Once they catch you on any complaint, i guess they put it up for manual scans and if they find you another time, you are suspended and told to reformat.
One third catch, you are out.

But if you follow DMCA rules, i hope it should solve things.
