OVH Server can only boot via Rescue Mode! Paying Money for a fix!

Currently one of my Dedicated Servers at OVH can only boot from Rescue mode and not from disk or network.

I am paying a server administrator to take in a look at the server via Rescue mode and diagnose the problem for me ; i cannot seem to find the reason on why it only wants to boot on rescue and not disk.

Better set it back to HDD boot and ask OVH Tech to look on the boot screen. Once you get reply from them, look for the solutions.
Possible reason for this issue are

1) Kernel not working
2) Bad File System
3) Driver loading issues

The OVH tech told me to just look over the issue in recover mode and nothing else was said. :/

The issue is that on all my dedicated servers iKVM is messed up
