You can do do find and replace.

Not sure if he offers a submitting service.
 
nop, you submit them manually, if you want i can use my submitter and offer you a service to submit them for 20 $, they are very huge list, and no duplicates, and i shuffle the list for every new site submit

i dont give review for submission service but i can give the list as review for 12$ for the first one that wants it and post here after my post and with 600 posts at least
 
You collecting it yourself or download from other forum? Also have you remove site with virus/trojan alert out?
what is the file size? I got 2 MB file + 100 Mb file.
Also to buyer, it's not submitting it, you are pinging your site.
