No its not the reason. Some of the users payouts are rejected because of very high level fraud sales. And not because of uploading that stuff, Again to these asking there payout has been rejected and they need more information about it please send an email to Helpdesk@OTEUpload.com

how they do frauds on sales ?

i know they may cheat on downloads , by using IP changer apps and increase no. of downloads

but how they fraud on sales !

Fraud sales= people using stolen credit cards hidden Ips then we receive Chargebacks from peoples bank saying they didnt do this charge resulting in escalated earnings for some affiliates.

Working on sending some of the payouts that were not sent on tomorrow or Monday.

We are aware of the site situation and whole team is currently working on fixing it.
