This is the most ridiculous thing I've read in a long while. Tell me, would you put "uploader" on your resume when applying for a job? Ofcourse you wouldn't. They aren't working like everyone else, for that to be the case, uploading would have to be a valid job, which it isn't. The correct description of someone who thinks uploading is their job would be a leech.
On-topic: Oron isn't great but I wouldn't say its bad either. I'd appreciate more than 15GB per 3 days for download quota, but the great speeds somewhat make up for that.
