Oron deletes Premium's files after 4 months without downloads? WTF

I had bought oron's 1 year premium account in 1/June/2011, i uploaded about 500gb of data, i only use oron to store my data without sharing. Today 16/Oct. All of my files is gone. I contact to oron's support, the said that: "files will be deleted after 4 months without downloads for premium users".
But in their FAQ:
For how long my files are kept on your server?
If you are a premium user your files are kept infinitely. If you are not a premium user however, your files may be deleted to avoid build up of not needed information but no sooner that after 30 days have passes since last download.

well i also knw they delete them after 4months which is not in their faq lol
i suggest u to keep multiple backups in folders each for 4months
I do hope space is unlimited or even tht may be a lie haha
 
How is this "WTF" material? I'm assuming you had warez uploaded to your oron account, so it's possible those files might of been reported for copyright material.

No no, i only uploaded my pictures, not copyright material. oron is not reliable host to storage data:(
 
Nope oron deletes files tht are not downloaded in 4months
thts wht the author is talking abt not abt dmca
 
If you're looking for a reliable storage indeed Why not try other hosts?They are much better than this (M)ORON and don't have any hidden T&C.
 
Plus even though you don't share your files, it will appear on google search. So think twice before uploading anything sensitive on Oron

Edit: Btw I think you can file a paypal dispute since it clearly breaks their own TOS.

Moron.com is for only Porn downloaders/Uploaders, it is not a true and trustable FileHost.

If u need real storage for Backup etc. try King of FileHosts: Rapidshare...
 
Megaupload would also publish your files/links to search engines even if you haven't posted them yourself.

The storage that I would recommend would be fileserve (That's the only compliment I'll give them anyway). They have a download blocker to block any files from being downloaded by anyone.
