I have one question, how to get organic traffic?

First research for keywords to rank for. Make sure they have low competition and high amount of monthly searchs. Use Google AdWords Tools or MarketSamurai for this. My tip is to find long tail keywords, they rank much higher then the avrage keyword. If your domain name contains keywords, then try to rank them.

After you have researched for keywords. Optimize your on page with good keywords. Make sure you dont have any error on your pages by checking them at W3 Validator.

After you have properly finished the on page part for your site, you can start by searching for sites with high PR from your niche and try to comment or post on these sites. Also you can start by making some social network profiles on Twiter, Facebook, Google+ and more. This will bring you some nice traffic. You can also add your site to social bookmarking sites like:
StumbleUpon
delicious
diigo
slashdot

My tip: after finishing with on page, build links by forum posting and blog commenting.

I would suggest you to-go for paid directories and do follow ones. Beside this, I would suggest you build links via blog commenting , social bookmarking etc.Beside directories, you should start building links via other techniques as well.
