I believe the owner was already banned here from wjunction he has opened up several other website in closed them down without any notice to clients. His nickname is Jordan Scammer Mckeag. Mods have already banned him most likely there is nothing they can do the only options I can tell you is to make a dispute with the Payment Processor you used when purchasing a server from him. Most likely he'll be back with a new website soon.

This has just really pissed me off. This guy was banned ages and ages ago. I banned 8 accounts by him. Warezdeomn banned him and then the new staff comes in and gives him another chance so he can scam some fresh blood.
I sent an email ages ago to Katz staff as well as PM's trying to get that domain censored here on WJunction.
I'll never understand why he was given another chance and really think WJunction let it's members down on this one.

That's bullshit. I'm not going through all this again. I've wasted enough time sending emails, PM's and posted all my logs and proof several times and the thread always get's deleted. WJunction fucked up on this one and their's no way to pretend otherwise.
jordan is a notorious scammer....i known him since his sameerhosting days and he scammed me then....i only got my money back as i had started a thread on webhostingtalk about him and really had him over a barel....
also i always used to find his new hosting sites he set up easily enough as he always uses similar plans for hosting on every company he uses

It's not bullshit.
When he was given a chance it was not a hidden one, it was a public one. We made it clear through threads that he has scammed and also made it clear that anyone that was scammed by him to come forward.
We wanted to get people's money back to them instead of mindless banning which you pretty much know that doesn't do anything.
His domains are censored/banned, the ones known to us at least.
But in a way, I agree. No more second chances to anyone.

I totally agree, and I am not kissing up. A very concrete statement, and almost not arguable. That is what you call thinking like "A gentleman" or shall I say scholar? This is the first time I have seen a admin of a forum do something as bold and intelligent as what el_j has done. We all make mistakes, and I think el_j was doing what he thought and knew was best for our community, WJunction.
We as human beings deserve a second chance. I myself was about to buy, but the offer was too good to be true, well for the long run. Basically take a look at the threads, how many good offers lasted for over a year? I will tell you, almost near zero. Why, because the offers are blandly price competitive, which causes quality to decrease in most cases. Overall, I feel your loss, move on, and I hope you the best in luck in your future Reitak. I hope my advice as repetitive as it is (Common Sense Posted All Over Wjunction) helps you.
