Operating System For WJunction!!!

Hey fellows!!!

Today i decided that i will Customize Windows XP SP3, especially for WJunction.

I have requested CyberFreak to Assist me on the GFX Work. Am i allowed to do this for WJunction?? Or am i going against the rules???

Please help me Mods and members!!!

Yes may be but it is better to customize 7 bcoz many people are using 7........
