Im planning on opening a shop with 2-3 members.....can anyone give me ideas on freelancer or on web related projects ???

and how to get projects for web development..... any source ?

No sure what are you seeking for. Are you asking us to give you clients and projects? or some freelancing websites? But both of them don't require a physical office/company or a so called "Shop".

If I understand correctly he wants to open a web development shop. Like webdesign and anything related.

If that is what you are asking. I would say posting in forums such as this and others that allow you to do so about the services you offer. Once you start going word of mouth does the rest.
