Opencart 2.3 purchased theme installation HELP

Hi,

Hi, I’am unable to install the theme which i have purchased yesterday from themeforest.net. i received them with proper help document in zip file with theme_ocmod.zip unfortunately OCMOD theme its not uploading gives error even I have installed extension called no ftp extension. I'am still getting error service unavailable. Can some one please help me installing this theme on to my website please.

Looks like your issue is resolved, if not then again upload screenshot at imgur.com website.

Upload All theme file using ftp to catalog folder and then go to templates section and its doen
Al least remove opencart logo
