Please be aware that a downtime will take place soon and will be for 6-8Hours.
This downtime is to reinstall Windows OS in order to solve Genuine Issue.
We will do our best to finish server reconfiguration as soon as possible and to keep your data untouched!

System reinstallation is finished and login details sent to all users through email.
We aplogize for any inconvenience but you should understand that this issue is out of our hands.

@NL01 server users,
It seems that system wasn't properly installed.
Anyone that will try to connect to the server will get this message "User profile can't be loaded".
We forwarded the problem to the datacenter tech. support again with the hope to be solved soon!
We apologize again!

Edit: We are now waiting for the dc to solve the issue. We may be obliged to go for a clean reinstallation.

Update:
Windows is now reinstalled. However, we need time to setup users accounts again!
All users will get their login details within 1-2 hours (you need to login on http://www.onserver.co and check the ticket "Login details" to get your username and password).
Will post update here when done!
