Here's my review and suggestions:

-Theme is okay.
-Custom icons are good i guess.
-Fix the logo (The 1px line right in the end of it)
-Remove the Floating guest thing, it gets annoying.
-Move the Top 5 Stats to the bottom of the forum.
- Remove the .:: and ::. from the Sections.
- <- Remove one of the () It's there twice.
