OMG My RS acc was hacked...

Yeah fellas its true...

I was having a weird problem in my firefox today..
As i have saved the passes bu clicking on Remember of various Warez sites including W junction the webpage was asking to login me again my login details and there was also the option of REMEMBER PASSWORD,NEVER FOR THIS SITE was not coming...I restarted my PC becuase i installed the Product key for MY windows 7...

I opened RUM

WTF i see INVALID LOGIN DETAILS....

i thought there might be some server problem of RUM..

I tried by going to Rapidshare.com and logged in...But the same problem...

Moerover my Security Cide was on...

Then i loggen into My mail account to which my acc was registered...

I got a mail from Rapidshare that my account was SHARED but i didnt gave my details to anyone...

And now i am getting notification in Mozilla that do i want to save my Password which i was not getting before my acc was hacked



So please Tell me guys that how to save my acc for future???

Was my acc keylogged??

Good to see that you got your account back.
Now get a good Internet Security and protect yoir pc.

I advice you to format your pc and install a good Anto-virus and Spyware.
 
Change the pass...that's it...and if you are having anyfiles in ur premium account I will recommend to move dem to a collector's account...I dont think its a keylogger shit.

May be the following reasons

•RL (How many?)
•RS2RS (How many?)
•Remote desktop
•Anyone else (Friend) you shared your account with...

P.S.-If you brought this account just move the files I lost over 5 accounts this mnth coz of same reason....
 
duh, don't save your passwords in firefox. any fud stealer can grab every saved password in seconds without you or your antivirus detecting anything. I suggest you change all your passwords asap...

that's because firefox detected your password has changed.



If you use a public rs2rs/rapidleech site, they could have logged your passwords.

I upload via RL m having 2 atm..
Dindnt shared acc with any of my friends even not with my family...

you can trace those ip with ip2location.com
Good to hear you can get back your account.
If i were you, i would reinstall my OS.
So i'm sure it clean.
 
The countries i got traced are
United States
Bulgaria
Germany
India(fcukers if u wanna hack heck other peoples acc not the accs of your own citizens...)

Well the person might have shared the account with many of them so you never know who the first to use it.
 
The hacker got ur firefox cookies, and in addition to that he probably keylogged u. So whatever new passwords u set, are being sent to the hacker.

These new programs are built with such simpler codes (most probably vb) that its almost impossible for any antivirus/internet security/spyware to detect them.

Only way out is formatting ur PC.

acc. to my experience all these 4 different users is actually one, tht is YOU.
U said u use 2 RL, so
US+Bulgaria+Germany+India = 2 different RL servers + ur home IP, dunno from where the 4th location came from.
If u download from the same RS acc. using ur home PC n more than 1 RL then u r guaranteed to get ur acc blocked n password reset.....this happens to me all the time but I get my accs. back.
