First Issue:

I ask DJGaurave if he has available dedi server and he gave this link to me.

Why are you fooling a customer like me?


Second Issue:

Before purchasing the server, I ask him if I can upgrade to 1Gbps just incase we don't like the speed, and he say "YEA"

I had pm him and told him I want an upgrade from 100Mbps to 1Gbps because the server slow as we are 4 users and we cannot really use well, then he said he will ask first the Data Center. I told him why you did not tell me that you need to ask the DC first rather than telling me YEA?


He gave me this Screenshot to show that he emailed the Data Center. See what the Data Center replied to him.

Is not my fault if you didn't know. This is your business and you should know.


Kindly refund my money as you promised alot and fooling your customer. I already PM him and he don't like to refund my money.

First Issue is useless, coz its pretty much same config. For Second issue, I cant really find whom to blame
 
^He talked calm with the good person, he doesn't wanna do anything about it, if he promised something, he should go thru with it.
 
before you make this thread you should pm him about this situation!

but lets see what DJGaurav will say! cause it's not looking like DJGaurav did something wrong with you since he is a great seller!

Yeah Mr-R-T is right,

Byte_s should get exactingly what he paid for, Doesn't matter if its "Almost" the same config or not he should have been told that it was going to be a different config, And with DJ should have known before hand if that servers eth0 port is upgradeable. From the get go.

This is why half the people on WJ buy servers, & Resell them some times at higher prices i honestly know of 2 - 3 companies amoung WJ that actually have Reseller "Contracts" with the data center.
 
Let him come online dear and lets see whats the final conclusion.

Well if the data center rejects the approval then no one can do anything my friend.

We must talk to the data center as they used to upgrade the port.


Well I agree with Dlow and RT that he should get what he was said.

See he sold the actual thing what the buyer asked and the buyer got the exact thing so there is no issue in that.

Now the thing is on the port speed, well DJ must have done something like that before so he was quite confident on that so that is why he had promised the buyer and now when the datacenters are denying such conscience then I don't see DJ is guilty in this part.

Anyways lets see what DJ has to say and let him contact the datacenter again.

Even , he has few servers with me, whos payment is not done, though he is using the servers, and the reason he gives me is .
But still as he is my friend i consider him..

To add, i am not againt Gaurav, he is a Good Person in Real Life and a friend of mine,
but he is very weak in handling such things.

Anyways, byte_s dont worry, i'l talk to Gaurav and try to help him out since its Netdirekts server.

Well whatever your issues are with him talk to him on msn and then see the results.

If he didn't pay then take down the servers ;) simple as that.

Just don't give double meaning words and don't play safe game bro, your a nice guy too but saying such things will really not help go further :|



Why we are forgetting that he owned/owns sauravhosting and that he did bigger deals here on WJ.

Yes I am on his full support but we never know what and how the problem arises :|

Well knowin lets do one thing, how about you and me find some fail hosts and compare with DJ ;)

We will get to know many things and we would experience a lot :|

Gaurav, should play Diplomatic and handle this guy.
To Add: I have Amd with Gbit connection, so they will do something about your server.
