Second Issue:
Before purchasing the server, I ask him if I can upgrade to 1Gbps just incase we don't like the speed, and he say "YEA"

I had pm him and told him I want an upgrade from 100Mbps to 1Gbps because the server slow as we are 4 users and we cannot really use well, then he said he will ask first the Data Center. I told him why you did not tell me that you need to ask the DC first rather than telling me YEA?
He gave me this Screenshot to show that he emailed the Data Center. See what the Data Center replied to him.
