I am sorry Galex but my order is since yesterday at pending and i don't get my VPS details yet oO

How long will it take to setup my VPS?
 
Hi,

Our site mentions setup times for VPS's may take up to ~24hrs, but i think you have already received your details since all order where created. :-=

All bandwidth was reset-ed, if yours didn't for some reason please open a support ticket in your client area.

Its reset-ed but I have one question. My VPS due date is 9 or 10th April and if I renew for another month will I get full 2.5 TB BW or I have to continue with the one that I have right now?

we needed to migrate your VPS because of complaints & high server load averages..
 
I really enjoy this service!
The support is very good an the response time is awesome also on the weekends!

i had no downtime or other heavy problems.....the speed is very good for a vps i cannot say how much people are on this node but it doesn't matter to me at the moment^^

i can really recommened offshorewebspace.net at all!

I don't have an issue, I just have a question that I asked over here and no response. Please clarify because I just know that "support tickets are mostly for resolving issues. Questions, if small, can be asked on threads."

If that is not correct (according to you and WJ rules), then just tell me.

It's not a problem that you contacted us through this topic:heiligenschein:
but when you make contact with us directly through a ticket you will get a much faster response time.

Just noticed your earlier reply, so to answer your question:

Your bandwidth gets a reset to zero on the first day of every month, so to be exact you will receive new bandwidth in 23/24 days.

I actually asked that way because you replied to uzi786 above but you didn't replied me. So I thought you are ignoring my questions. Anyways thanks for answering.
 
We never ignore any client of OW when they request support, i will ensure you for the whole 100% that this won't happen when using our regular support. ;)

Sorry for the late reply, yes you are allowed to host adult content but everything below 18 is strictly prohibited as you may understand.

And the cPanel licensing costs are $15 per month, these licenses can also be paid for a year but there is no possibility to make this a one time payment.
 
unfortuantely the server is down for me still.

edit: seem online after unexpected maintenance :)

If you still experience downtime's on your VPS, then please login to your client area click Support --> Network Status
You will find a little more detailed description there, we will update these when we know more.

EDIT 1:
Outage on the Romanian server has been fixed, if your vps still shows offline please contact livesupport/ticket.

Network maintenance in NL finished! :-=
