You can't choose for the locations during the ordering process, if you would like to switch locations please open a support ticket. :heiligenschein:

You may mention the vps location during registration, or open a support ticket after ordering, all our vps nodes are clustered and vps transfer from one location to another is very quick,in which you dont need to do anything.

@uzi786 , please open a support ticket or contact live support.

vps is online and it's working as normal <3
but i am not able to login in panel (actually i check RAM usage there, if the ram usais very high means, i reboot the vps)


sub menu back ground is black, please change the color

Replied back to your ticket should be solved now! :) And will make a note about the black background in the drop down boxes thanks.
And when you now click the link "Client Login" on the upper right header it will log you in to the client area + https. :-=

But the Bandwidth problem is still the same. I replied back to that ticket about the Bandwidth issue which is showing the bandwidth usage of last month instead of the new month.

Please have a look.

Both our main website and shared hosting server where attacked by a heavy ddos attack, so this caused the loading problems/downtime. I would also like to mention to please use the appropriate topic or create/send a ticket/e-mail to our support department because all our VPS services where not harmed in any way, and didn't had any downtime so far.

I have been with them for more than a month and a half, and i must say i am very satisfy with their service.
It was very rare to find such quality of service with these cheap prices.
But offshorewebspace was able to provide high quality service along with cheap price,

2.How to select the Location or Datacenter on the order page(no option now)?

3.How long will the VPS be active after payment?
