i would like to buy some Shared Offshore Hosting
Requirments:

1GB - 2GB Space
60GB - 100GB Bandwidth
At least 10 of each feature
1 Dedicated IP Address

What i will be using the hosting for:
Simple Warez Linking Forum (Fresh Site - no visitors yet)

Conditions for me buying:
1# You Must be your own host (No Resellers)
2# You Must be hosting users for at least 3 Months
3# You need to have a site.
4# I will need to see your thread before buying (Feedback good/bad)

Max Budget: $4 per month - will not go up(Including Paypal Fees)
i will buy 3 months straight off.

and hostdispatch isnt hosted on our server. its hosted on dexohost. even ask dlow.
