We have the server Has I7 Core Processor and DDR3 Ram an extreme amount of badwidth and webspace too. Once we reach our maximum limit our server can handle we have more at hand for our clients. This generally means we will buy more servers then maybe become a large hosting provider we want it all it be equal to every one at a good price its up to them if they wish to join us or not but then they can say hey at least its only 99p! and if they dont like our hosting or something is wrong with it we will offer them a domain of they're choice free.
 
You're spelling and grammar is absolutely terrible. I know that English isn't the main language of everyone, but when I get a server with someone, I expect them to be able to reply to my tickets, and talk to me in general in PERFECT English, not broken.

Sorry my English is not extremely brilliant we have other people for our support team and customer service you may not like us but don't hate us till you try us! its people who hate us who are generally always proved wrong! or don't like competition.
 
I'm not trying to be offensive in any way mate. I completely understand that English isn't the first language for every person out there, but what I am saying is, I expect my ticket replies, and all help or any other kind of correspondence to be in PERFECT English, not "OK" English, not "average" English, but "Perfect."

Now you have explained the situation, that you have other members of staff, I am sure you will get a few customers. Good luck mate. :)
 
Oh, LOL! Sorry mate, I'm English too, it's just from my point of view, if you are setting up a business model, you need to be corresponding with your clients perfectly. You will find a lot more people will come back to you, if they see typing properly. ;)

By the way, big improvement, still a few grammar mistakes, but hey we're all human. :)
