If this will be used for streaming purpose, The price of teh server will be higher.

What is your max budget? And port speed you need? Bandwidth ?

As per my experience i suggest Leasedlayer for Netherlands Dedicated server,they have excellent customer supports, also you check with some popular websites compare prices and hardware setup, and select based on your requirements.

Please brief about your requirement for that i can suggest you better,also you check with who are providing costume build managed Dedicated servers. with premium bandwidth.
 
OP is not answering for a month or more in this thread. I think he got his server already.
Op is an Active user of WJ so he was seeing all the replies of this thread and i think he is no more interested in this.
